How Is This Different From An Event Tent?
Duration changes everything about the specification.
A party tent stands for a weekend in a known forecast. An industrial structure stands for six months through hurricane season, summer heat and whatever else the Gulf Coast produces. It is engineered and anchored for that, not for Saturday.
The use changes too. Guests walk in and out. Industry drives in: forklifts, pallets, racking, equipment on wheels. That sets clear height, door width, floor loading and leg placement — and it is why structure tents and clear-span frames do this work rather than pole tents with guy ropes in the middle of the floor.

Power. Generators and distribution for lighting, equipment and climate, usually on a site where the supply is already committed.
