Booth Rentals
Complete booth packages for Houston trade shows and expos — pipe and drape, tables, seating, lighting, and signage support from one local vendor.
Booth Packages Built for Houston Exhibitors
A trade show booth has one job: make your company look sharp and ready for business in a space you only occupy for a few days. ACME Party and Tent has been outfitting Houston exhibitors, show organizers, and decorators since 1997 with trade show booth rentals that arrive on schedule, install cleanly, and come down just as fast when the show closes. From a single 10×10 booth to full rows of exhibit space, we supply the structure and furnishings so you can focus on the conversations that matter.
Because we are a Houston company — based at 11144 S Post Oak — we know the local venues, the loading docks, and the show schedules. Whether your event is at a major convention facility, a hotel ballroom, or under a tent at an outdoor expo, our crews handle delivery, setup, and teardown around the show’s move-in and move-out windows.
What Goes Into a Booth Rental
Most exhibit booths draw from the same core checklist. A typical ACME booth package can include:
- Pipe and drape backwalls and side rails to define the booth footprint
- Draped or skirted tables for demos, literature, and product display
- Chairs, bar stools, and lounge seating for visitor conversations
- Lighting to make graphics and products stand out on the show floor
- Stanchions, carpet or flooring, and accessories to finish the space
Every show is different, so we quote booth packages to your exhibitor kit rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all bundle. Send us your booth dimensions and the show’s requirements and we will spec the rest.
For Exhibitors, Organizers, and Decorators
Individual exhibitors use ACME to skip the freight and hassle of shipping booth property to Houston — rent locally, and everything is delivered and installed before you land. Show organizers and decorators work with us at a larger scale: hundreds of feet of pipe and drape, uniform table and chair sets across an entire hall, and the registration, signage, and crowd-control equipment that keeps a show moving. See our convention rental equipment page for full-show support.
We also back booths with the utilities exhibit spaces often lack — portable power distribution, climate control for tented expo spaces, and audio-visual equipment for presentations and product demos.
How Booth Rental Works With ACME
Start with your booth number, dimensions, and the show dates. We confirm what the venue or decorator provides, quote the package, and schedule installation inside the official move-in window. Our crews set the drape, place and skirt the tables, position seating and lighting, and leave the booth show-ready. After the show closes, we handle teardown so you are not breaking down a booth at 10 p.m. on the last night. Request a quote with your show details and an expo specialist will follow up quickly.
Exhibiting several times a year? Ask about repeat-show arrangements. Many Houston companies keep a standing booth package with us so every show starts from a proven setup instead of a blank order form.

Yes. We schedule installation and teardown around the official move-in and move-out times set by the show organizer or decorator, and we coordinate dock access with the venue.
Both. Exhibitors rent single-booth packages, while organizers and decorators use ACME for hall-wide pipe and drape, registration areas, seating, and crowd-control equipment.
Yes. Pipe and drape is modular, so we configure backwalls and side rails to standard booth footprints or custom layouts. Tell us your booth dimensions and we will spec the hardware.
Yes. For outdoor shows we can combine booth furnishings with tents, flooring, climate control, and generator power so your exhibit space works as well outside as it would in a convention hall.
