Following a serious incident in which a battery-powered vehicle caught fire alongside two other vehicles, investigators needed a secure, weather-protected environment for a detailed, long-term examination of the wreckage. ACME provided a tent structure covering the investigation area — sized for the vehicles and equipment, and configured to meet the investigation’s security and access requirements.
The investigation proceeded on schedule with full weather protection. Then the unexpected happened: a battery from one of the vehicles that had not been involved in the original fire ignited, destroying both the vehicle and the tent structure.
