Graduation is one of the busiest rental seasons in Houston. April, May and early June are typically booked solid, and by graduation season there may be little or no room for new deliveries. Fall is a good time to start booking. Schools and families that book early get the equipment and delivery dates they want; waiting until spring can mean limited equipment or no delivery availability.

Plan based on your expected headcount, and remember that guests come and go throughout the party, so not everyone is there at the same time.
