Shoppers reasonably ask: why can’t I just see a price? Because a tent rental isn’t a product, it’s a small construction project. The same 40′ x 60′ tent costs differently on grass versus concrete (anchoring changes), in July versus January (climate equipment changes), enclosed versus open (walls, doors, and lighting change), and floored versus bare. Delivery, pickup and after-hours
Normal weekday delivery and pickup during business hours is generally a flat delivery fee based on your delivery zone. Evening, overnight, Saturday and Sunday deliveries or pickups are considered after-hours or overtime service, and additional labor charges may apply depending on what is being rented and where and when it needs to be serviced. Clear, line-itemized quotes
Quotes are emailed to you and fully line-itemized, so you can see exactly what you are paying for instead of dealing with hidden charges. Event details change all the time, headcounts, quantities and layouts move, and items get added or removed, so ACME updates your quote as your event develops.
Deposits, payment and locking in your date
For events planned and locked in months ahead, ACME can accept a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due 10 business days before delivery. Your rental and delivery schedule is not completely locked in until payment is received in full. Last-minute and down-to-the-wire planning is very common, and ACME can handle last-minute rentals when equipment and scheduling are available; for last-minute rentals, full payment is required to lock in the rental.
